Back for its 4th year, Dark Shed is one of our most sought-after experiences at Uplands Vineyard.

Step into a glowing winter setting of firelight, lanterns, and vineyard charm, and enjoy an unforgettable evening of food, wine, and atmosphere.

Your ticket includes:

  • A five-course seasonal menu by chef Paul and partner Sara (PW Catering)
  • Three glasses of Uplands wine, perfectly paired including trophy winning sparkling wine
  • A truly unique fire-lit vineyard experience

Paul and Sara from PW Catering are known for their rustic, fire-driven cooking style, drawing on experience from kitchens across Scotland, France, and London. Expect bold, honest flavours, seasonal Tasmanian produce, and dishes designed to be shared, savoured, and remembered.

Think open flames, slow cooking, and rich winter warmth… all perfectly matched with Uplands’ sparkling, rose, chardonnay, and/or pinot noir.

Additional wines, including mulled wine, will be available for purchase on the night.
